Kroll Corporate Finance advised BASF on the sale of precision microchemistry products to Entegris


In October, BASF and Entegris signed an agreement to sell the Precision Microchemicals business to Entegris for 90 million USD. The transaction includes technologies, intellectual property and trademarks and is expected to close by the end of 2021.

Kroll Corporate Finance acted as financial advisor to BASF and performed financial and tax due diligence in connection with the sale of Precision Microchemicals.
