Marco Eadie has joined Bloomfield Hills’ O’Keefe as Managing Director to lead the new corporate finance practice. He focuses on transaction advisory services, including mergers, acquisitions, debt recapitalizations, buy and sell advice, and more.
Eadie has over 15 years of transactional experience in various industries. He has advised over 40 successful transactions. Throughout his career, he has worked as an investor and advisor to companies in the fields of aerospace, defense and government services, healthcare and business services, among others.

Prior to joining O’Keefe, Eadie was co-founder and Managing Director of Boulevard and Co., a mid-sized investment bank and direct investment firm. Previously, he was a director of the investment banking group of CoreCap Investments and worked as a vice president at Paint Creek Capital Partners. He has served on the board of directors of the Detroit Institute of Arts Founders Junior Council and the Detroit Opera House and currently serves on the board of directors of Right Workplace, a software platform that measures and improves workplace culture. of work.
