Pay-Less Markets announced new members of the company’s corporate team this week.
Timothy Perez is the company’s chief financial officer, Kate G. Baltazar-Dodge is the director of human resources and Dominique MA Flores is the deputy director of human resources, according to a press release from the company.
Perez recently moved to Guam from Dallas, Texas where he spent the last four years with McKesson Corporation, most recently as Director of Finance.

Prior to that, he lived in the San Francisco Bay Area for eight years, receiving his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of San Francisco and beginning his career as an audit associate at KPMG.
He is thrilled to be reunited with his family and to give back to the community that raised him.
Baltazar-Dodge has extensive experience in human services, non-profit organizations, grants, training and organizational management. She studied Psychology and Communication at the University of Guam and holds various professional certificates.
She is also a certified advanced specialist in bereavement recovery. She will oversee training and employee relations, customer relations and community / public affairs.

Flores is a 10 year veteran of the Pay-Less markets and most recently joined the People division as a shift supervisor at Yigo Pay-Less.
She has extensive experience in retail operations, employee and customer engagement, and staff training.
She will help oversee training and employee relations, customer relations and community affairs.
