PCB Corporate Finance appoints Brett Newland Managing Partner

PCB Corporate Finance has appointed Brett Newland as its new Managing Partner. Since joining the firm two years ago, the former Accenture executive has completed four transactions for consulting clients in the digital transformation market.

Newland remarked about his new role: “We are building something very special at PCB Corporate Finance. I am delighted to have the opportunity to lead a great team of people and help us reach the next stage of our development.

PCB is a consulting firm specializing in mergers and acquisitions projects. Founded in 2018 by entrepreneur Ben Doltis and former LDC Managing Director Tim Farazmand, the consulting firm provides advisory services to client buyers and sellers, with a focus on segments of digital transformation, consulting in management and creative marketing.

Prior to joining PCB in 2019, Newland spent much of his career as a Managing Director in Accenture’s corporate development and M&A teams. There he supported the company’s largest and most complex transactions, both on the purchasing and delivery side.

Most recently at Accenture, he assumed the role of COO within its global security practice, working to ensure operational efficiency, managing key ecosystem relationships and supporting major acquisitions across the business. global (Accenture is one of the most active buyers in the professional services sector).

Since its launch, PCB has grown rapidly, building a global team of 20, strengthening its UK business and adding new offices in New York, Boston, Sydney and Mumbai. Newland has played a key role in the company’s success during his two years with the company, having completed four transactions in the digital transformation marketplace. These include advising on the acquisition of a financial services strategy consulting firm, a leading AWS consulting partner, a UK-based data consulting firm and ” a 350 FTE cybersecurity consultancy firm.

In 2020, PCB expanded its M&A services and now offers a range of corporate finance advisory, growth advisory, fundraising and private equity hedging services. Now, Newland will look to help PCB further accelerate its growth, with its continued expansion into the digital M&A advisory and consulting space.
