Sam Forman Promoted to Director at Gambit Corporate Finance

Gambit Corporate Finance is pleased to announce that Sam Forman has been promoted to Director.

Sam joined the firm as an analyst in 2015 and through his dedication and hard work rose through the ranks to become a director in December 2021, the youngest in the firm’s history. He has completed over 30 transactions in his career, advising on landmark transactions such as the sale of Premier Forest Group’s Irish subsidiary to Murdock Group, the multi-million fundraising of Veezu from MML Capital and the sale of £63 million from Orangebox to NYSE-listed Steelcase.

While at Gambit, Sam completed the ICAEW Corporate Finance qualification and was one of the youngest UK members to achieve the qualification. He is also responsible for Gambit’s liaison with international colleagues in 18 countries through Corporate Finance International (CFI) and leads the UK function of CFI’s Software & IT Services team.

Frank Holmes, Partner, commented:

”Witnessing Sam’s journey started as an analyst to where he is today is a testament to the skill set, work ethic and ambition he possesses, as well as the quality of service it provides to the company’s customers. This promotion is well deserved and we are confident that Sam will thrive in his new role. Sam’s career at Gambit is great publicity for the path to success a career in corporate finance can bring.”
