Mr. DeCoster was previously with Marlin Hawk, where he was the North American Practice Leader for Law, Risk, Compliance and Security. He has focused on serving clients in the financial services industry, specializing in roles in cybersecurity, legal, risk and compliance functions. Previously, Mr. DeCoster was a consultant with Russell Reynolds Associates, where he was a key member of the Global Banking & Markets and Lawyers practice groups. He holds a BA from Bowdoin College and a law degree from Fordham University Law School.
